2. Rights and Obligations

Skysweeper is committed to providing the Services with the standard professional diligence of the sector, using methodologies and, where applicable, technologies oriented towards efficiency and sustainability.

  • Perform maintenance services at the agreed times and frequencies.
  • Use equipment and products that comply with current regulations.
  • Inform the Client of any incident that significantly affects the service.

2.2. Client's Obligations

The Client must facilitate access to the work areas and provide the information necessary for the safe and effective execution of the Services.

3. Limitation of Liability

Skysweeper shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or losses arising from the use of the maintained public spaces.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided in the period in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. We do not guarantee specific results beyond compliance with the agreed professional standards.

  • Damages caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Acts of vandalism or misuse of public spaces by third parties.
  • Extreme weather conditions that temporarily prevent or degrade the service level.

4. Payment and Billing Conditions

Prices are detailed in the accepted service proposal. The Client agrees to pay the issued invoices by the indicated due date.

4.1. Modifications and Cancellations

Any substantial modification to the scope of service must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may entail an adjustment in the fee.

The Client may cancel the service with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be issued for services already provided or initiated.

5. Privacy and Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (available at policy.html), which is an integral part of these Terms.

Data related to the provision of the service (such as locations and schedules) may be used to optimize our operations and improve the sustainability of urban cleaning processes.

6. Modifications and Contact
